burps, bibs and beyond came to us in 2005 needing a website redesign and a new, more robust shopping cart solution that would provide a user friendly, intuitive shopping experience and scale to meet the goals of their expanding e-commerce business.
The Goal
Our task was to restructure the site to increase on-line sales by providing intuitive, user friendly shopping and ordering of burps, bibs and beyond's multiple product lines. Features had to include a robust, flexible shopping cart that could handle unique ordering options per product, a variety of shipping methods and a selection of payment options.
Our Solution
The major challenge with this website was finding the best shopping cart solution to handle their thousands of products, most of which were offered with unique ordering options. Using ClickCartPro, software from Kryptronic, we were able to craft a customized solution that met all of the unique technical requirements of burps, bibs and beyond's business, including capturing individual product order details, such as custom embroidery, and providing product specific shipping options.
We gave the site a clean and colorful design that ties into their focus on baby's and children's products, and we structured the content in a way that allowed for a lot of flexibility to add and update products. The result is a site that provides a beautiful showcase of burps, bibs and beyond's products, and more importantly allows visitors to quickly search through items and go right to ordering.
